After checking into the hotel, the guests will go for a walk in the center of Yerevan. Cascade, Republic Square, History Museum of Yerevan, Northern Avenue and many more. By the appointed time, we will arrive at the restaurant, where we will celebrate the first day of your vacation around an Armenian traditional dinner table.
In the morning, will have a tasty breakfast and go on to admire the views of the phenomenal masterpiece of architecture. At first glance, this place is unremarkable and inconspicuous, but if you enter the Charents arch, one of the most amazing views of the majestic Ararat will open before you. Next, will keep the path to the pagan temple of Garni. The history of this temple makes one think about those difficult times when it was necessary to make sacrifices to the gods for the sake of rain. The visit to this place will not end on this: guests will see a natural phenomenon of basalt called the “symphony of stones”, which in its form resembles a basalt natural organ. Anyone who has at least once tried Armenian lavash, wonders about its origin and methods of preparation, the answers to these questions will be revealed at the upcoming master class, and there will be an opportunity to bake a couple of lavash yourself, after which lunch with traditional Armenian dishes will follow, in addition to a view of the gorge. Next, the guests will go to the monastery complex Geghard, which is partially carved into the rock, thus being a unique structure of its kind. The day will continue on Lake Sevan. It is remarkable for its size, as Sevan is considered to be the largest freshwater lake in the region. If desired, guests can enjoy Lyulya kebab from Sevan crayfish right at the lake. In the evening, we will return to Yerevan. Depending on the wishes of the guests, the guide will advise the best leisure options for a free evening.
Ta-daaam, it's time to get up, have breakfast and go. First, we will go to Vernissage, where everyone can pick up souvenirs for their loved ones. Vernissage is a flea market where you can find unique objects of Armenian culture and life. Next, we will visit the traditional Armenian food market, where you can try and buy Armenian sweet sujukh, cheese, dried fruits and other sweets. Depending on the departure time, we will try to organize an excursion to Echmiadzin, where the residence of the Catholicos of all Armenians and the religious capital of Armenia are located.
